Service Request

msonic provides service and repair services for products from the brands we distribute. If your product requires service, please complete the service request form below.

Once your service request has been processed, you will receive detailed instructions by email. Please follow the instructions provided and send the product to the specified address, preferably using Matkahuolto.

Prices (incl. 25.5% VAT):

Labour: €119.23/hour (spare parts, if required, will be charged separately)

Diagnostic fee: €100.40 (charged if the repair estimate is not accepted and the repair is not carried out)

Shipping charges (if applicable) for small parcel shipments: Finland €14.00, EU countries €50.00. We will contact you to arrange delivery of palletised shipments.
